You will lead the teams and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial performance. • Organize and supervise the workshop production • Supervise, support, and develop teams • Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, cost, and deadline objectives • Optimize production performance (OEE, quality, yield) • Ensure monitoring of indicators and implement improvement actions • Collaborate with the Methods, Maintenance, quality, and R&D departments • Participate in industrialization projects and equipment improvement Profile ### • Higher education in mechanics, industrial production, or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in managing a production workshop, ideally in stamping/deep drawing, cutting, or machining • Solid knowledge of industrial processes and strong presence on the ground • Leadership and ability to unite teams • Sense of organization and decision-making • Team spirit and ability to collaborate transversally • Rigor, autonomy, and results orientation PERMANENT POSITION - Excellent conditions, daytime schedule, Stamping Workshop Manager M/F at 100% / Permanent
