What awaits you:
Real Estate Facility Management is the competent service of CFF, active throughout Switzerland, regarding cleanliness and graffiti removal. By maintaining public facilities, we sustainably support the image and the main activity of public transport.

What you can make move:
As a professional cleaning agent, you contribute to the satisfaction of our customers by working autonomously on cleaning and waste removal in stations and other assigned objects.
You are responsible for cleanliness, order, as well as the removal of acts of vandalism so that our customers feel a sense of security.
You respect the procedures, working methods, and cleaning protocols in the performance of tasks.
You assume responsibility for the appropriate use and daily maintenance of cleaning and work machines and use them in accordance with instructions.
In case of questions, you are there to advise CFF customers in and around the station.

What you bring:
A category B/BE driver's license.
An AFP or CFC as a cleaning agent or facility agent are ideally required for this position but not mandatory.
You distinguish yourself as an upright, trustworthy, and reliable person. You demonstrate customer orientation, team spirit, and manual skills.
You are of a dynamic and proactive nature, in good physical condition and able to bear loads (carrying and lifting weights, working frequently standing up, on foot, and outdoors). You demonstrate flexibility.
You possess basic knowledge of digital work tools (smartphone) and have the ability to communicate with the applications used (Outlook, Teams, etc).
You have at least a B1 level in French (presentation of a certificate from an official school in Switzerland required). You meet the safety requirements (RTE20100 Ssta exam) as well as the medical fitness criteria.
