Dübendorf, Emmen, Payerne, Alpnach, Meiringen or by agreement (and home office) \| 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Ensure surveillance (including certification processes) in the field of air traffic management, safety management and military air navigation services • Identify and assert the army's needs for air navigation services as well as the integration of army systems into the airspace • Develop and implement these integration concepts for air traffic for army aircraft and systems (in particular unmanned aircraft) • Develop and adapt regulatory, surveillance and certification processes in various ATM areas in the context of the evolution of military capabilities • Accompany and coordinate the development, modification and introduction of communication, navigation and surveillance systems <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Swiss citizen with a university or HES degree in engineering, willing to undergo additional specialized training • Experience in the development, integration or operation of technical systems in the fields of drones, air traffic control, CNS or ICT, at the interface between military and civil aviation • Officer of the Swiss Army with experience in planning and conducting operations of the Air Forces is an advantage • Autonomous and team-oriented personality with an effective working method, ability to abstract and analytical and systemic thinking skills • Endurance, perseverance and negotiation talent in dealing with different interest groups and organizations • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words The function is located in a complex environment between civil needs and military requirements.
