SITE MANAGER* / CHIEF ASSEMBLER ELECTROMECHANICS BSA WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITH US You manage your construction sites and ensure professional and timely order processing. You represent Technik AG competently externally and towards the clients, planners, and suppliers. With your competence and your appearance, you win trust and thus also follow-up orders. You lead with foresight and plan employee resources. You promote and develop your team and ensure that regulations are complied with. Within the framework of the entire construction site process, you take responsibility for AVOR (preparation of work), measurement, and billing. Additional area of responsibility: Electrical installations in commercial and industrial buildings as well as in transport Responsible for expeditious processing Compliance with project specifications, quality, and deadlines Management of material and tools Leadership and control of construction journal / hourly reports Assistance during commissioning Planning and organization of the required acceptances Responsibility for occupational safety on the construction site WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS Completed training with EFZ as an electrical installer, network electrician, or assembly electrician with several years of experience Additional professional training and/or experience in group leadership is an advantage Thanks to your flexible and responsible nature, you master even demanding situations reliably and with quality awareness In dealing with customers and suppliers, you convince through professional communication and negotiation skills Reading and understanding plans and schematics Reliable and independent way of working Willingness for further training Very good German skills in speaking and writing Driver's license category B IT knowledge LIVE PROFESSIONAL ENTHUSIASM WITH US We offer you a versatile and varied task in a diverse environment, attractive employment conditions, and very good social benefits.
