Personal Assistant

To strengthen my team, I am looking for an assistant on an hourly basis (15-30 hours per month, by arrangement) to start immediately or by agreement. I (m, 43) live in a 2-room apartment in Schwarzenburg. Due to my mental and fine motor impairments, I require support in the household and during leisure time. At a workload of 40%, I am at the daycare center at the BAND in Bern. Your tasks: • Approx. 1x per week physical activity (moderate fitness e.g., cycling, Vita-Parcours, swimming, skiing, fitness). Possible in Schwarzenburg or in Bern by arrangement. • Approx. 1-2x per month an excursion or accompaniment to an activity on a weekend day. • If required, taking over small household tasks. • If necessary, stepping in during the holiday absence of the other assistant persons. Your profile: • Social pedagogue in training or certified social pedagogue • Strong personality. • Empathic and patient. • Eager to participate in activities. • Reliable and responsible. • Very good understanding of dialect (Berndeutsch). We offer: • Remuneration according to IV-assistenzbeitrag • Relative flexibility in the scheduling of work assignments. • Regular exchange with the other assistant persons and the legal guardian. • Possibility for supervision or individual coaching. • Expenses will be reimbursed. My team consists of two Dipl. Sozialpädagogen HF, one social pedagogue in training, and another assistant. Additionally, I can count on the support of my parents and my legal guardian.
