Plastering Foreman

Your mission

Organize and plan work on the construction site. Distribute tasks among workers. Lead and supervise the team of plasterers. Read and interpret construction plans. Control measurements and the surfaces to be completed. Prepare and control supports before work. Perform or supervise plastering work. Control the quality and compliance of the work. Control levels, plumb, angles, and finishes. Organize the supply of materials. Control the use of equipment and machines. Coordinate work with other trades. Monitor the progress of the construction site and respect deadlines. Enforce safety rules. Identify and resolve technical problems. Communicate with the site manager, architects, and clients. Control the work carried out by the team. Train and support apprentices and new employees. Perform site reports and, depending on the company, work surveys.

Very good knowledge of the plastering profession Confirmed experience in the field of plastering Mastery of different plastering and dry construction techniques Ability to perform measurements Ability to read and understand plans Ability to organize and plan work Ability to lead and supervise a team Ability to give clear instructions Sense of responsibility Conscientious and rigorous Ability to be autonomous and organized Sense of quality and detail Ability to work under pressure and resist stress Ability to manage unforeseen events and find solutions Good team spirit Punctual and reliable Good communication skills Have a vehicle and hold a driver's license In good physical condition Flexible and available according to the needs of the construction sites Respect safety rules and company instructions
