Job description

You support residents in daily living activities while respecting their individual pace. You promote their social integration within the establishment and collaborate with families and close contacts to maintain a quality partnership.

• Assist residents with daily living activities and encourage their autonomy,
• Contribute to the support plan and provide assistance, support, and recreational services,
• Ensure well-being, posture, comfort, and pressure sore prevention,
• Promote social integration within the establishment and externally,
• Reliably report observations,
• Adhere to hygiene standards and best practices,
• Participate in continuous improvement and suggest optimisation measures,
• Organise work according to planning and maintain a clean and safe environment,
• Collaborate with families and positively represent the establishment,
• Ensure smooth communication within the team

Desired profile

• Ideally some initial experience in supporting people
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Good interpersonal skills, empathy, and listening
• Team spirit and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Observational skills, organisation, and reliability
• Proficiency in spoken and written French required
