Occupational Therapist M/F - Hospital Sector Your missions ## • Carry out functional assessments of patients. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. • Support patients in maintaining, improving, or recovering their autonomy. • Ensure care in collaboration with medical and nursing teams. • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination. • Guarantee the quality, traceability, and follow-up of occupational therapy interventions. Your profile ## • Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy or equivalent diploma recognized in Switzerland. • Swiss Red Cross recognition mandatory or in the process of being obtained. • Experience in a hospital establishment, rehabilitation, or clinic is a real asset. • Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening. • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit. • Ease in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
