Quality comes first: You ensure that our cheese products - including the Luzerner Rahmkäse - meet the highest standards. You consistently implement hygiene, safety and process standards, thereby making an important contribution to safe production. With your technical understanding, you recognize potential for optimization and actively contribute ideas to further develop processes and plants. You enjoy passing on your knowledge and support employees and apprentices in working on our plants. Cleaning, control and minor maintenance work are also a matter of course for you - so that our plants run reliably at all times. What you bring with you A completed apprenticeship as Milchtechnologe / Milchtechnologin EFZ or a comparable training in food production. Experience in handling production plants and a good technical understanding. A high awareness of quality and hygiene as well as a careful way of working. You enjoy working in 3-shift operation.
