Your main tasks are
Ensuring professional and holistic care and nursing of our residents during the day (all services; working hours: 07.00 to 22.00 h)
Recognition of individual needs of our residents as well as timely recognition of emergency situations and appropriate action accordingly
Participation in quality assurance and support in the further development of nursing quality
Ensuring professional and seamless management of the electronic nursing documentation
Interdisciplinary cooperation, also with other professional groups
You possess
Completed training as HF/FH (Level III) or equivalent, CH-recognized training
Professional experience, preferably in long-term care
Great motivation and joy in dealing with elderly people
High social and professional competence
Independent and responsible way of working
Resilience, flexibility and teamwork skills
Willingness to undergo specific further training
Ability to reflect
Good German skills in speaking and writing
IT affinity
