At the Zentrale Anlaufstelle, we are the first point of contact for people with concerns in the areas of (asylum) social assistance. At the center of our work is the examination of claims: we provide orientation, take on new cases, and thereby clarify the basis for further action. Do you feel addressed? Your tasks ### • Examination of the claim to economic (asylum) social assistance • Provision of personal and economic assistance according to the Social Assistance Act and the Asylum Welfare Ordinance • Advising and promoting the independence of clients • Drafting applications and decisions as well as file management and general administration • Assertion of claims against social insurance institutions and other third parties Your profile ### • FH degree in Social Work, supplemented by a commercial apprenticeship • Initial practical experience in statutory social assistance as well as broad social insurance knowledge • Experience in dealing with demanding and rapidly changing situations as well as the ability to assess urgencies, react promptly, and maintain an overview • Enjoyment of an independent and flexible way of working within a team • Foreign language skills are an advantage What we offer ### • Extensive competencies and thus efficient decision-making processes when examining social assistance claims and in short-term case management • Various exchange formats and further training for personal and professional development • A strong network of internal and external specialist offices as valuable support • A responsible and versatile activity in a professional, dynamic environment • Further benefits can be found on our website
