For an established company in the Bern area, we are looking for an engaged and responsible personality as Deputy Head of Finance, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Deputy Head of Finance
Management of financial accounting
Support in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Support with budgeting, reporting and forecasts
Further development of the internal control system (ICS)
Collaboration on process optimizations and digitalization projects
Creation of analyses and evaluations

Your profile:
Commercial basic training
Further education in finance and accounting (federal specialist certificate) or HF/FH
Several years of experience in finance and accounting
Good knowledge of financial accounting and financial statements
Experience with ICS and compliance is an advantage
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Responsible and team-oriented personality
Very good German and French skills, Italian is an advantage
