Experis is looking for one of its clients, a major industrial player based in Switzerland, for a Business Analyst CMMS / EAM to support strategic projects related to the digitalization and optimization of industrial maintenance processes., , Within the IT department, you will act as the preferred interlocutor between the business teams and the IT teams in order to evolve asset and maintenance management solutions (CMMS/EAM) in a complex and multi-site industrial environment.

Business Analyst CMMS / EAM (M/F)

Experis is looking for one of its clients, a major industrial player based in Switzerland, for a Business Analyst CMMS / EAM to support strategic projects related to the digitalization and optimization of industrial maintenance processes.

Within the IT department, you will act as the preferred interlocutor between the business teams and the IT teams in order to evolve asset and maintenance management solutions (CMMS/EAM) in a complex and multi-site industrial environment.

Your missions
------------

• Collect, analyze and formalize the needs of the business teams related to maintenance and industrial asset management.
• Write functional specifications and support their implementation.
• Participate in the configuration of solutions and ensure the monitoring of developments carried out by technical teams or integrators.
• Organize and manage functional testing and validation phases.
• Train key users and support them during deployments.
• Provide functional support and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for maintenance processes.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to define and optimize maintenance flows within the information system.
• Contribute to digital transformation programs affecting several production sites in Switzerland.

Your profile
------------

• Higher education in computer science, engineering, supply chain or an equivalent field.
• Significant experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Application Manager or Functional Project Manager in the field of industrial maintenance.
• Good understanding of maintenance processes, equipment management and industrial assets.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing business needs as well as in writing functional specifications.
• Knowledge of one or more solutions of the type :
• SAP PM / EAM
• IBM Maximo
• Hexagon EAM
• Infor EAM
• or equivalent solution
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business and technical interlocutors.
• Analytical mind, autonomy and results orientation.

Essential criteria
------------------------

• Professional experience acquired in Switzerland.
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or production environment.
• Fluent French orally and in writing.
• Availability for occasional travel to different production sites in Switzerland.

Additional assets
-----------------------

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience in large-scale deployment of CMMS/EAM solutions.
• Professional English.
