Employment Permanent employment 100% Work location Zürich Requirements \- You have completed training as a Construction Manager - You have a high sense of responsibility - You have several years of professional experience - You work independently - Experience with tendering (Messerli is an advantage) Field of activity \- Planning, realizing and managing new buildings, conversion projects as well as renovations - Checking the advantages and disadvantages of various construction methods - Obtaining the necessary permits - You are the contact person and thus assume a central hub function for architects, specialist planners, clients, authorities and tradespeople - Preparation of works contracts and conducting the accounting
