Mission: As a true entrepreneur within the company, you take responsibility for the development and growth of the Telecom / IT entity. As a business development driver, you define and implement the strategy to sustainably strengthen our market presence and accelerate our growth. • You pilot the commercial development of the entity and are responsible for achieving growth, sales and profitability objectives. • You identify new market opportunities, actively develop the customer portfolio and build lasting relationships with decision-makers, strategic partners and prescribers. • You ensure the promotion and marketing of all ICT services (networks, telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity, digital solutions) to a B2B customer base (industry, communities, companies) and B2C. • You define and deploy the entity's development strategy in line with the Group's guidelines, in order to strengthen its market positioning, develop its visibility, evolve its offer and seize opportunities related to new trends and technologies. • You lead, motivate and develop a team of around 10 collaborators composed of project managers and technical specialists, ensuring a high level of performance, engagement and quality. • You supervise the realization of complex projects while ensuring respect for customer commitments, the quality of services and the optimization of margins. • You promote synergies with the Group's other activities in order to develop cross-sales and offer high-value-added global solutions. Profile: We are addressing an experienced manager with solid expertise in the fields of telecom, IT or ICT, able to evolve in a demanding and changing environment. • Technical training in the field (computer science, telecommunications, networks, ICT or equivalent), ideally complemented by training in product development or marketing. • Confirmed experience in a management role (team, department or entity) with operational and financial responsibility • Excellent mastery of ICT environments: networks, cloud, security, communication solutions • Strong business orientation, with experience in commercial development and customer portfolio management • Good understanding of digital transformation issues and innovative technological solutions • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a strategic vision and the ability to develop an activity • Natural leadership, with a strong ability to federate, motivate and develop teams • Relational ease and customer service sense, allowing you to establish lasting trust relationships • Ability to evolve in a multi-technical environment and pilot transversal activities • Proactivity, autonomy and results orientation What we offer you: • An evolving environment favorable to the balance between professional and private life. • The social benefits of a modern company, equal treatment, possibilities for professional development. • A strong spirit of cohesion and a team proud to collaborate: "Together, we move towards success" Need additional information?
