Join a committed team, at the highest Job Description ### YOUR MAIN MISSIONS: • Provide personalized and quality home care while respecting the needs and expectations of patients. • Be the essential link between the medical staff, the patient, and their family: listening, information, and support. • Participate in the clinical and social evaluation of patients in order to adapt their care. • Work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to propose adapted solutions. • Ensure the emotional and physical comfort of patients with kindness and professionalism. Profile ### YOUR PROFILE • HES diploma in nursing or a foreign title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. • Experience in home care, a real asset. • Analytical and anticipatory skills to adjust care according to the evolution of needs. \-Excellent relational skills: listening, empathy, and sense of communication. • Organization and rigor in monitoring files and interventions. • Autonomy, adaptability, and flexibility in the face of daily situations. • Mastery of standard office and computer tools (Knowledge of the Medlink program is a plus.)
