Your tasks at Record:

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the administration of service and maintenance contracts and ensure smooth administrative processes. Your tasks include:

• Administration of service and maintenance contracts
• Ensuring correct and timely invoicing of maintenance contracts
• Maintenance, control, and further development of customer, contract, and price data
• Recording, modification, and management of maintenance contracts as well as contract conditions
• Management of price structures and administration of price lists
• Recording and updating of contract prices and article data
• Collaboration in the optimization and documentation of administrative processes
• Contact person for internal departments regarding administrative and system-related questions
• Support in the induction of new employees
• Administrative support for the field sales force

What you bring with you:

Professional qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training with further training in the administrative or business administration field
• Several years of professional experience in administration, ideally in service administration or contract management
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills (at least level B2)
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with ERP systems as well as a high IT affinity
