Then join us to shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the Non Food sector, we are looking for, starting from 15.09.2026, for an indefinite period, at the Lausanne site, a motivated and committed person as Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, 100%. ## Your responsibilities • You guarantee a high level of execution of Visual Merchandising standards and ensure the visual coherence of the store, both in-store and in window displays. • You plan, coordinate and implement visual concepts. • You organize and effectively deploy commercial and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Store Manager and the relevant teams. • You analyze commercial performance and propose concrete corrective actions (product highlighting, out-of-stock management, optimization of customer flows). • You direct and plan store transformations, commercial events and specific projects (animations, highlights, re-implantations). • You collaborate closely with the sales teams as well as the Visual and Regional Manager. • You supervise, organize and grow the VM team as well as the Merchandising employees, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. • You ensure regular follow-up and provide feedback on team performance to the Visual Manager. • You supervise and accompany apprentices in their training (polydesigner 3D). • You are a role model on the ground and embody leadership by example, oriented towards results and excellence of execution. Your profile • You have solid experience as a Visual Merchandiser, ideally with team responsibilities. Basic training as a polydesigner 3D or a CFC decorator is an asset. • You have a strong sensitivity to trends, style and product universes. • You are customer-oriented and know how to translate needs into relevant merchandising solutions. • You have an excellent understanding of commercial issues and know how to analyze key performance indicators. • You master product staging in a creative and commercial manner. • You are able to lead, motivate and develop a team in an inspiring coach role. • You communicate in a clear, open and collaborative manner. • You demonstrate a strong capacity for organization, autonomy and priority management in a dynamic environment. • You speak French fluently and ideally master another national language.
