For our Limmatzauber in Dietikon, we are looking for a committed Chef de Cuisine from 11 November 26 to 17 January 2027

Limmatzauber is more than just a gastronomy business. With us, people meet, enjoy good food, celebrate, and spend special evenings together in a wonderful mountain ambiance. To ensure our guests also get their money's worth culinarily, we are looking for a personality who takes responsibility, is organized, and enjoys leading a kitchen team.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire kitchen area
• Organization and leadership of the kitchen team
• Planning and preparation of our dishes
• Ensuring a constantly high quality
• Goods ordering and inventory management
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Participation in the development and optimization of our gastronomic offering
• Coordination of processes during events and during high guest volume

What you bring with you

• Experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous-Chef
