DEMARCHE is looking for its site based in Nyon, an Assistant to the Head of Maintenance, Mechanics and Transport Sector, CDI, 80% Your missions The Maintenance, Mechanics & Transport sector welcomes beneficiaries capable of integration, and takes charge of activities related to the collection and maintenance of medical auxiliary equipment, as well as activities related to the cleaning and maintenance of premises (Nyon site). As assistant to the head of sector, you ensure a support role in the planning, supervision and implementation of the sector's activities • Co-supervise, train and support beneficiaries in their activities in order to develop their professional and personal skills, and thus promote their re/integration into the labor market • Set objectives and evaluate the skills and progress of beneficiaries with regard to the set objectives, in collaboration with the head of sector • Manage the collection of auxiliary equipment to be processed and the return deliveries • Participate in the cleaning, maintenance and repair of the entrusted auxiliary equipment • Participate in the management of the cleaning and maintenance of the premises • Participate in the management of maintenance equipment We offer you • A creative, dynamic and constantly evolving environment • A high degree of work autonomy • An annual internal continuing education program • Teleworking possible according to agreement • 6 weeks of vacation and flexible working hours Location Nyon Contract type CDI Activity rate 80% Start date 1st October 2026 Information www.demarche.ch Do you recognize yourself in this advertisement?
