Your training: CFC as a horticulturist-nurseryman, landscaper or equivalent professional experience in the field. Your main responsibilities -------------------------------- * Coordinate plant orders for the nursery sector with our various suppliers and calculate selling prices * Create items in our computer software and establish sales labels * Ensure the reception, labeling, watering and setting up of plants * Advise and serve customers, as well as take their orders * Ensure the presentation, enhancement and maintenance of the nursery sector * Supervise and coordinate a team of 2 to 5 employees within the nursery sector * Ensure the replacement of the store manager in their absence Your profile ------------ * CFC as a horticulturist-nurseryman, landscaper or equivalent training/experience * Very good knowledge of plants * Experience in managing nursery plant orders * Strong interest in sales and customer advice * Interpersonal skills and sense of service * Team spirit and sense of responsibility * Ability to supervise and motivate a small team * Good command of computer tools We offer you ------------------- * An open-ended contract * A workload of 100% (+ work certain Sundays and public holidays in spring) * A working schedule from Monday to Friday, with Saturday off * A start date in early February 2027 or to be agreed Upon for the challenge? --------------------------- Are you motivated to join a family business, to share your skills and to take on a new challenge?
