Employee Casting Technology / Production Planning

Your tasks
As a casting technologist, your focus is on optimizing series and prototype components as well as the associated manufacturing processes. You develop the model and casting technology, accompany prototype components until series release, and monitor series production. In the event of quality deviations and complaints, you perform the root cause analysis and implement the necessary corrective measures. Additionally, you provide technical advice to customers and prepare offers with feasibility analyses.

Your profile
Ideally, you have basic training in casting technology with a focus on iron casting (casting technologist, model maker, etc.). Further training as a casting technician or master (alternatively many years of professional experience and the willingness to undergo further training) is an advantage.

Independence, assertiveness, sociability, and good communication skills are just a few important attributes. We require German in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills. English and French are an advantage.
