The goal is a balanced, transparent and efficient control of operations, beds and outpatient clinics along the entire patient pathway in close interdisciplinary cooperation. It is the hub of our hospital and the first point of contact for patients with questions regarding admission and hospital stay. Group Leader Integral Capacity Management (IKM) 80% Your tasks Operational and personnel management of the Integral Capacity Management (IKM) team Support for the IKM management in the further development of the IKM department Ensuring optimal patient care and planning Contact person for patients with questions regarding admission and hospital stay Efficient scheduling in the Peri-OP and OP-Management area Capacity planning of outpatient clinics Patient-oriented bed management Care of the anesthesia outpatient clinic Interdisciplinary cooperation Your profile Dipl.
