To complete our team, we are looking for a: Barman (H/F) Workplace: Hôtel Palafitte Entry date: Type of contract: Fixed-term contract Responsibilities · Excellent mastery of service techniques, cocktails and different alcohols (wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, etc.) · Ensure impeccable service in the room and/or at the bar, according to the standards of luxury hospitality · Prepare, advise and serve cocktails, wines and spirits with expertise · Warmly welcome a demanding clientele, in a refined setting · Manage and organize the workstation: setup, cleanliness, storage, hygiene Sought profile · CFC diploma in hospitality-restoration or equivalent training · Confirmed experience in luxury restoration or hospitality · Excellent presentation and attention to detail · Very good knowledge of cocktails, wines and alcohols · Ability to work in a team, sense of organization and priority management · Mastery of French and English · Flexibility in hours (evening work, weekends and holidays) Our benefits Temporary accommodation Internal training Access to sports facilities Quality catering at a preferential price Additional information Requirements: In order to be able to work in Switzerland, the candidate must be in possession of a work permit or meet the legal requirements for obtaining one.
