Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You are responsible for the efficient and demanding planning, coordination, and scheduling of our radiation appointments (Linac, planning CT, MRI) and the outpatient consultation appointments (initial consultations, weekly, follow-up, and final checks) • Telephone, written, as well as personal contact with internal and external contact persons and referrers • You work closely with our doctors, radiology specialists, and other contact persons in the Clinic for Radio-Oncology • You independently take over various administrative tasks Your profile • Basic medical training as FaGe or MPA and/or basic commercial training • Professional experience in scheduling or administration is an advantage • Confident German language skills in speaking and writing and other foreign languages are desirable • Communicative and sociable personality • Very good IT skills (MS-Office, KISIM is an advantage) • A reliable, service-oriented, and team-capable person who views innovations in the work process as a positive development Our benefits • An exciting and versatile area of responsibility awaits you, in which you can specifically contribute and expand your knowledge and skills. • A collegial and competent team supports you in your tasks.
