WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FOR YOU

As Team Leader (m/f/d), you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Import/Export team (6 employees). You ensure timely and quality-compliant export and import processing worldwide, as well as the growth-oriented expansion of processes.

Specifically, you will undertake the following tasks:

• Management of daily business: Export and import worldwide, punctuality, quality
• Ensuring customs clearance as well as customs and shipping documents
• Processing of deliveries and movements of goods in SAP (SD/MM)
• Coordination with production, scheduling, sales, forwarders and customs agents
• Processing of complaints, returns and customs discrepancies
• Reporting and management of key figures (punctuality, error rate, lead time)
• Induction, coaching, target discussions and development of employees

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed commercial or logistical training and further education (Foreign Trade Manager, Foreign Trade Specialist (m/f/d) or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of export / import and customs, ideally in a production environment
• Very good process understanding of the entire chain (order to delivery)
• Very good knowledge in the field of customs, worldwide export / import as well as shipping types and Incoterms
• Very good IT and system knowledge (MS Office, SAP, customs software)
• Business fluent German and good English skills
