The interdisciplinary semi-residential treatment offering at the Clienia Psychiatriezentrum Wetzikon complements the inpatient and outpatient treatment setting and represents an important building block for coping with crises, stabilization, or aftercare following a hospital stay.

Our treatment offering is aimed at people aged 18 and over with various psychiatric clinical pictures, including affective disorders (depression, anxiety disorders), emotion regulation disorders, personality disorders, psychotic illnesses and ADHD.

Your tasks

• Supporting the Head of Nursing Day Clinics in her leadership tasks and independent assumption of areas of responsibility
• Representation and support of the Head of Nursing in administrative, organizational and personnel matters, as well as assumption of leadership tasks in her absence
• Planning, leading and reviewing therapeutic group offerings
• Participation in specialist working groups and projects
• Ensuring cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration
• Leading individual conversations, group offerings and reports
• Participation in the further development of the treatment concept, reviewing nursing quality
• Supporting patients in crisis situations

Your profile

For this exciting activity, you bring a degree in Nursing at HF/FH level and several years of professional experience in the field of psychiatric nursing. Are you interested in further training in leadership tasks and developing the day-clinic offering together with the management?
