CNC Machining & Industrialization Technician (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients based in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a CNC Machining & Industrialization Technician (M/F). A key position, at the crossroads of engineering and client project management. You will be the company's technical expert in CNC machining and you will have the possibility to develop your responsibilities and contribute to the development of the company.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will be the technical interlocutor of reference for production technicians and clients
• You will conduct feasibility studies and the industrialization of new parts, from the analysis of client drawings to the first validated part, and you will formulate reasoned recommendations for quoting.
• You will define machining processes: sequences, part clamping, fixtures, cutting tools, and cutting parameters.
• You will advise our clients from the design phase in order to optimize their parts, and make the company a true industrial partner.
• You will analyze manufacturing problems and define, with production and quality, corrective actions based on root causes.
• You will choose the most high-performance tools and solutions, by analyzing their total cost, and test new technologies with our suppliers.
• You will lead improvement and skill development projects: new materials, automation, reduction of cycle times.
• You will contribute to continuous improvement, quality, and the standardization of our processes in connection with all company teams.

Your profile :

• You are a polymechanic or ES technician, with a very good knowledge of machining and cutting tools.
• You master ERP, SolidWorks, and CAM.
• You communicate with ease and argue technically in French and German.
• You are field-oriented, with an analytical and critical mind.
• You demonstrate initiative and autonomy, with rigor and a sense of responsibility.
• You are pedagogical and have team spirit.
• You are client, market, and results-oriented.
• You have the ambition to grow
