You will work closely with the management and departments, and take responsibility for demanding, cross-departmental projects. • You will lead strategic and cross-departmental projects from conception to sustainable implementation. • You will develop well-founded analyses, business cases and decision-making bases for the management. • You will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and bring different stakeholders together successfully. • You will create transparency about progress, risks and dependencies, and ensure the achievement of goals. • You will drive the further development of structures, processes and methods, and promote cross-departmental collaboration. What you bring • A completed university degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences or a comparable field. • Several years of professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in corporate development, strategy or management consulting - ideally in the healthcare sector. • Experience in leading and implementing strategic projects as well as in managing various stakeholders. • Experience in conceiving and implementing strategic transformation and omnichannel initiatives, as well as optimizing patient journeys, is an advantage. • Pronounced analytical skills and the ability to prepare complex facts in a clear and target-group-specific manner. • A high degree of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work. • Persuasiveness, communication strength and a confident demeanor towards executives and decision-makers. • Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration and shaping changes actively. • Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
