Deputy Team Leader Bakery Early Shift

We are the oldest bakery in the city of Luzern. The company is in the hands of the 5th generation and the majority shareholder FFB-Group (Migros Industrie). In our bakery, we produce mainly frozen baked goods from regional raw materials with modern systems for retail and wholesale.

In our bakery, we mainly produce frozen baked goods for retail and wholesale. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Production and processing of all bakery products taking quality and efficiency (hourly output) into account
• Operation of the various systems according to the specification data sheet
• Quality controls (weight and dimensions) as well as optimizations
• Cleaning of the production systems and workstations
• Leading and training employees in the absence of the team leader
• Supporting the team leader in personnel and deployment planning
• Start of work approx. around Uhr between Monday to Saturday (5-day week)

Your profile:

• Completed training as a baker or food technologist
• Many years of professional experience in a bakery business as well as leadership experience is an advantage
• Experience with hygiene regulations and their monitoring
• Solid IT knowledge and very good German skills (at least B1)
• Willingness to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
