Your Tasks Process Analytics, as a division within the TOLEDO Group, is a leading provider of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. At our location in Urdorf, we develop and produce high-quality sensors for controlling production processes, which we distribute worldwide through our own market organizations. We are looking for a responsible and assertive personality to ensure occupational safety and health protection in Urdorf as Safety Officer Occupational Safety & Health Protection 80 - 100 % (all genders) In this role, you will undertake the following activities: Advising and supporting the management and line managers in all matters of occupational safety and health protection Technical leadership of the safety team of the manufacturing unit in Urdorf Planning, implementation, and documentation of safety inspections, safety walks, and audits Planning and coordination of training for "work with special hazards" in cooperation with the line managers Organization and implementation of training, instructions, and exercises in the areas of evacuation, emergency, and fire protection in cooperation with the Fire Safety Officer Creation, updating, and implementation of risk assessments, risk analyses, and protective measures using the PDCA cycle Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as operational guidelines at the location Support in the investigation of accidents and near-miss events as well as in the derivation and implementation of suitable measures Your Profile We have the following requirements for this position: You have completed a technical vocational training as well as at least completed the training as a Safety Assistant ASGS You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the industrial field You have very good knowledge of MS Office Expertise in handling hazardous substances is an advantage You are an independent, team-oriented, and problem-solving-oriented person with high resilience Fluent German skills are required with very good English skills Our Offer What we offer: Depending on the position, we offer flexible working hours with a hybrid working model and attractive further training opportunities With us, there is a 40-hour week with at least 25 days of vacation plus 4 - 7 bridge days per year Free parking spaces and a workplace with direct public transport connections are available In our own TOLEDO staff restaurant, we offer our employees healthy and discounted catering With us, a dynamic, innovation-driven corporate culture awaits you, in which team spirit, personal development, and a passion for excellence are central.
