EasySoul is a young, growing practice for integrative psychotherapy in Balsthal. We combine technical care, human encounter and the desire to shape psychotherapy in such a way that it really reaches people. We work with adult patients from a broad spectrum of psychological stress and are well connected regionally. In addition to classical psychotherapeutic care, we develop supplementary offers such as EasySoul Flow and EasySoul Business Care, in order to support people in a meaningful way also in everyday life, in transitions and in professional contexts. For the next development phase, we are looking for a federally recognized psychotherapist who combines their own therapeutic work with technical responsibility – and has the desire to shape EasySoul technically, humanly and structurally. At EasySoul, technical responsibility should not sound like control, but like clarity, presence, thinking along and a good eye for people, processes and development. You work psychotherapeutically with adult patients within the framework of the order model and at the same time take on co-responsibility for quality, case understanding, therapy planning and internal technical standards. An important part of your role is the technical accompaniment of psychotherapists in further training. You support them in their therapeutic development, contribute to case discussions, indications, reports and quality assurance, and help to ensure that our practice continues to grow in a technically sustainable way. In addition, a extended psychosocial offer is being created at EasySoul step by step: EasySoul Flow as a everyday accompanying and stabilizing offer and EasySoul Business Care as an external support framework for companies and employees. If you enjoy it, you can also contribute technically and conceptually in these areas – for example in group offers, transitions between therapy and everyday life, psychoeducational formats, prevention, triage, consulting or new care models.
