Service Engineer Electrical 80-100% \- Compliance with legal requirements, services specified by the customer in the service contract, and compliance with manufacturer specifications (maintenance and inspections) \- Control rounds in the buildings (walkthroughs, readings, inspections)  \- Carrying out fault analyses, rectifying faults and repairs \- Providing on-call service and on-call assignments after completion of the probationary period (365 / 24h)  \- Leading and controlling smaller new construction, renovation, expansion, and refurbishment projects (incl. budgets) \- Creating offers, specifications, tenders together with the supervisor, prepares credit applications and project proposals  \- Responsible for the current technical documentation of the systems (functional descriptions, plan documents, schemata, interface lists, etc.)  \- Timely processing and support of order management (emails, ticketing, maintenance planning and self-assessment)  \- Completed basic technical training (e.g., Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ) \- as well as further training in the electrical field (FA Elektroprojektleiter, Dipl. Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte, eidg. dipl. Elektroinstallateur)  \- Several years of experience in a comparable function  \- Working under voltage 2 (AuS2) / switching authorization (QSB)  \- Permit according to Art. NIV 15 and qualification for switching authorization present or willingness to obtain this  \- High technical and commercial affinity, pronounced customer orientation and analytical way of thinking \- Very good German skills (verbal/written), basic knowledge of English  \- Very good Microsoft Office skills \- Driver's license Cat.
