Large Construction Site Receptionist (m/f/d) - Brienz Region

What you can achieve: ##

• First point of contact in our customer's security lodge
• Access control and checking of access authorizations
• Issuing and management of keys and badges
• Biometric registration of employees
• Operation of telephone, radio, and emergency telephone systems
• Reporting and journal keeping
• Administrative work and back-office tasks
• Support and monitoring of security systems
• Support of emergency services during emergencies
• Other general security tasks on-site at the construction site

What you bring: ##

• Flexibility and willingness to cover at least two types of shifts (early shift 05:30 - 14:00, late shift: 13:45 - 22:00, night shift: 21:45 - 06:00)
• good German language skills in spoken and written form
• PC user skills
• technical understanding
• Impeccable reputation (debt enforcement register and criminal record extract)
• Mobility (driver's license and own vehicle necessary)
