The Center for Social Pedagogy and Psychotherapy is a social services company for young people and young adults in difficult social situations, supported by the ZSP-Basel association. We offer places for 30 young people and young adult men and women between 14 and 22 years. To expand our team, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue in the area of Stationary Living 70 - 80 % immediately or by agreement Your tasks: • Social pedagogical trauma-sensitive training of everyday, self and social skills in their daily life and integration process • Active support in shaping everyday life as well as training life-practical skills • Close cooperation with the referring authorities, which are responsible for legal representation and interest protection • Active participation, joy and humor in the implementation and further development of the social pedagogical concept. • Design and implementation of leisure and weekend offers and week organization • Documentation, administration and reporting You bring: • Completed training in social pedagogy FH, HF or a recognized equivalent training in the social sector • Experience in working with young people and young adults, ideally in a compulsory context • Motivation to engage in everyday disputes with young people • Willingness to work in a team and shift work, including weekend work • Flexibility with working hours, including night shifts • Stress tolerance, ability to compromise, conflict and reflection • Minimum age 25 years old • Driver's license B • Fluent German in word and writing We offer: • An interesting and varied field of work characterized by a motivational and change-promoting attitude • Interdisciplinary cooperation with in-house psychotherapy and work integration • Regular team and case supervision • Various team-building events and interdisciplinary vessels • Comprehensive further education and individual career promotion offers • 6 weeks of vacation per year • Regulated number of night and weekend shifts • Remuneration and social benefits according to the cantonal personnel ordinance, including 13th month's salary and allowance-based evening and weekend shifts • Very good catering on site
