Clerk Kitchen Customer Service (f/m/d) Your new tasks • Receipt, processing and independent handling of customer service cases • Active support and follow-up of open customer concerns while adhering to agreed deadlines and promises • Proactive and solution-oriented communication with our customers • Ensuring the specified reaction and processing times as well as co-responsibility for achieving the defined department goals • Checking orders as well as controlling the corresponding order confirmations • Processing customer service cases in cooperation with sales • Contact person for inquiries and coordination with the manufacturer • Support in the organization and coordination of appointment shifts What you bring with you • Friendly, professional and customer-oriented appearance • Communicative and service-oriented personality who maintains an overview even in demanding situations • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Completed commercial training • You bring experience in customer service, ideally from the kitchen industry • MS Office skills as well as knowledge in SHD-MHS • French language skills
