Our customer requests
Basic technical training, ideally as a machine mechanic, polymechanic, precision mechanic, or in a comparable profession

• Further training in the field of quality assurance, for example as a quality specialist, is an advantage
• Professional experience in quality assurance as well as in measurement and testing processes
• Knowledge of Babtec and SAP
• Good PC and ERP user knowledge, especially SAP and Microsoft Office
• Good understanding of production processes and operational workflows
• Exact, careful, and reliable way of working according to defined specifications
• High sense of responsibility and independent way of working
• Good communication skills and resilience

• Carrying out measurements and tests according to specified test plans
• Documentation of test results and quality decisions in Babtec
• Assessment and decision on acceptance or rejection of test batches
• Carrying out final inspections on manufactured items with Keyence LM-X100 and IM-X1000
• Support with general measurement and testing processes
• Creation and maintenance of test plans as well as recording of measurement data in Babtec
• Processing of error messages in Babtec
• Development and implementation of suitable corrective measures based on the PDCA principle
• Support with controls according to the 4-eyes principle
• Collaboration in KVP, SFM, IdM and UMS specifications
• Ensuring cleanliness and order according to 5S
