Registered Nurse passionate about professional training (80%)
starting now or by agreement

Your tasks

• Support for learners and trainees
• Participation in the IGA inter-company exchange meetings
• Comprehensive and professional care as well as management of our 46 residents
• Participation in nursing handovers and professional interviews
• Co-responsibility in the planning and implementation of individual care objectives
• Active collaboration in projects and developments in the field of care and training
• Electronic documentation of care with CareCoach
• Evaluation of care needs according to RAI-LTCF
• Contribution to a pleasant, respectful, and friendly atmosphere

Your profile

• Completed and recognized training in Switzerland as a registered nurse HF/FH or DN II
• Experience in long-term care and in the management of people with dementia is an asset
• Pleasure in accompanying and supporting FaGe apprentices and trainees individually
• Professional pedagogical qualification equivalent to SVEB 1 (or willingness to pursue it)
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• High sense of responsibility and quality
• Enthusiasm and commitment to new professional training projects
