• Team leadership & cooperation: You embody a role model function, lead your area independently according to the organizational chart, and promote constructive, cross-departmental cooperation. You support, motivate, and develop your team as well as our apprentices and plan targeted further training together with the training managers
• Workshop organization & productivity: You ensure optimal workshop utilization, coordinate efficient processes, and ensure that the service process is adhered to. Additionally, you implement measures to promote the sale of parts, accessories, and services.
• Quality & continuous improvement: You ensure compliance with quality and warranty guidelines, implement improvement measures such as CEM and QMS, and continuously promote quality in your area

Safety, vehicles & operating equipment: You ensure compliance with safety regulations and the correct use of personal protective equipment. You handle customer vehicles with care and are responsible for the regular maintenance and care of tools and operating equipment according to manufacturer specifications

• Key figures & goal achievement: You define individual goals, monitor and analyze them regularly, and adjust them if necessary. You monitor and communicate key figures such as market share, yield, productivity, and quality, and derive concrete measures from them
• Technical support & specialist competence: You support mechanics with demanding diagnoses and difficult tasks and contribute your sound technical knowledge as well as your solution-oriented way of thinking to everyday workshop life

What you bring with you ##

• Vocational training and professional expertise: You have completed training as an Automobil-Mechatroniker/-in EFZ, ideally supplemented by several years of professional experience. Additionally, you bring initial leadership experience or have the potential and motivation to take on responsibility in a deputy workshop manager function. With your organizational skill, your assertiveness, and your team-oriented personality, you support the workshop manager in daily operations
• Vocational trainer with passion: The training and promotion of apprentices is close to your heart. You possess the Berufsbildnerausweis or are willing to acquire it. Thanks to your technical competence, your patience, and your commitment, you convey your knowledge in a practical way and promote the next generation of automotive professionals
• Tech-Expert: You possess broad specialist knowledge in mechanics and electronics and have experience in e-mobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technology
• Quality Master: You possess a high awareness of quality, perform your work with the highest precision, and stand out with your proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Mindset-Master: You are resilient, handle pressure positively, and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner as well as your specialist knowledge and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mixture
• Driving professional: Valid driver's license Kat. B
