Chef de Réception m/f/d

For our 4-star house in the heart of Davos, we are looking for a Chef de Réception (100% workload) in a yearly position, starting immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks:

• Management and organization of the reception area
• Leadership of the Front Office team of up to 7 employees
• Guest care
• Administration and organization of reservations and booking systems
• Active sales
• Communication and cooperation with the management as well as all departments
• Control and implementation of operational quality and safety standards

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
• Several years of professional experience
• Experience in the same or a similar position
• Strong hosting qualities, confident appearance and communication strength
• Proficient German and English skills in speaking and writing, further languages an advantage
• Organizational talent
• Knowledge of the hotel software Opera Cloud an advantage
