Outpatient Residential Support - Social Work Professional

Your tasks:

• You support people with mental impairments outpatient in their own four walls
• You offer them resource-oriented and individual support
• You respond to their abilities and needs
• You plan and document the support
• You work closely with referrers, authorities and the various VSP offers
• You are part of the Team AWB with assignments in the entire Baselbiet and Basel-Stadt from one of our locations in Frenkendorf and Münchenstein

What characterizes you:

• You have a degree in the field of Social Work or Social Pedagogy
• You have experience in supporting people with a mental impairment
• You are open to unconventional solution approaches
• You value mindful communication and commitment is important to you
• You appreciate a dynamic daily routine and high degree of independence
• You possess a Category B driver's license and the willingness to travel by e-bike
