Alterszentrum zur Rose in Reichenburg in the Canton of Schwyz, has been offering excellent services for 48 people in need of care in a beautiful home for over 35 years. Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for a motivated and committed Healthcare Specialist EFZ as a Vocational Trainer 60% - 100% immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Companion for our trainees: With joy, patience, and professional competence, you accompany and support our FaGe and AGS trainees in daily training.
• Promoting and challenging: You design practical learning situations, give appreciative feedback, and accompany competence assessments.
• Shaping training together: In exchange with vocational trainers, schools, and training partners, you contribute your ideas and experiences.
• In the middle of daily nursing care: You work actively in nursing care and thus remain close to residents, trainees, and the team.

Your profile:

• With a heart for nursing: You are a FaGe EFZ and bring professional experience, ideally in long-term care.
• Joy in vocational training: You have completed the vocational trainer course or are ready to complete it with us.
• Vocational training: You have already completed the vocational trainer course or are ready to complete it with us.
• Joy in young talent: You enjoy passing on your knowledge and accompany young people with patience, empathy, and humor.
• Together it goes better: You work reliably and independently, appreciate exchange, and like to contribute to the team.
