For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a Production Expert (m/f/d)

Background:
The Assembly Ocular department at the Kaiseraugst location specializes in the sterile assembly, labeling, blistering, and visual quality control of high-quality medicines in pre-filled syringes intended for intravitreal use (application in the eyeball). As a Production Expert, you will take on a key role in the safe, smooth, and GMP-compliant execution of manufacturing orders.

The perfect candidate:
With a strong awareness of quality, the ideal candidate masters the GMP-compliant operation of production facilities and carries out necessary in-process controls precisely. Exact, complete documentation and reconciliation of batches corresponds to their high professional standard. In addition, they always keep an eye on equipment and process monitoring, thereby ensuring maximum operational safety and compliance with all relevant safety guidelines.

Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
GMP-compliant production: Operation of production and inspection equipment, execution of order and batch changes as well as in-process controls.

• Documentation: Complete, correct and timely documentation and reconciliation of all production orders according to GMP regulations
• Equipment & Process Monitoring: Monitoring of operational and functional safety as well as compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Must Haves:

• Completed vocational training
• High awareness of quality and regulations; exact way of working according to SOPs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production, ideally packaging
• Routine in cleanroom classes D and C.
• Confident handling of electronic manufacturing documentation systems
• Shift work.
• Very good German skills (spoken and written) B2
• GMP - experience
