Job description
Group Leader 100 % sought A place to grow - for children and adults. Chinderstube Mettmi is located in the heart of Mettmenstetten. In our cozy single-family house with a large garden, we care for the children in two mixed-age groups. For us, loving, respectful relationships and the individual development of each child are at the center. Inspired by Emmi Pikler, we accompany the youngest with particular mindfulness and give them security, space for independence and trust in their own abilities. Lots of time in nature, shared discovery and appreciative togetherness characterize our everyday life. To complement our team, we are looking for a group leader (100 %) who shares our attitude and at the same time brings in their own personality and strengths. This is what we want from you You see yourself as a companion to the children. You meet them at eye level, perceptively notice their needs and interests and create a safe framework in which they can unfold at their own pace. As a group leader, you take on responsibility, lead your group clearly, with presence and with heart. You accompany your team in everyday life, support apprentices in their development and value an open, honest feedback culture. You bring with you:
