Together with a motivated and experienced team, you will develop the company strategically and operationally and be responsible for quality, economy, and sustainable growth. Your diverse range of responsibilities includes, among other things: • Operational overall management of the company • Leadership, motivation, and further development of employees • Management of demanding window construction projects from the offer to the handover • Competent consulting of architects, building owners, administrations, and GU's • Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and resources • Further development of processes, organization, and market presence • Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships • Ensuring economically successful corporate management You combine technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking. • Carpenter EFZ with further training as a master carpenter or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in window, facade, or interior construction • Experience in leading employees and projects • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high personal responsibility • Negotiating skills and confident appearance towards customers and partners • Organizational talent, decision-making pleasure, and assertiveness • Stylistically correct German language skills in word and writing Much more than a classic managing director function awaits you.
