• Project design, estimation and execution planning of sanitary systems
• Preparation of diagrams and tenders and creation of calculations
• Specialist site management and accompaniment of projects during execution
• Coordination of the planning team in the respective project phases
• Cooperation with clients, GU/TU, architects and specialist planners as well as leading project meetings
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases

Requirements ###

Which requirements do you bring as Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)?

• Training as a technician (m/f/d) HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
• Experience in the planning and realization of sanitary projects
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, as well as CAD (Nova), ideally experience with BIM
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of working with various project participants
• Very good German skills
