Team Leader AEMP Our state-of-the-art central preparation unit was commissioned in 2017 and takes over all preparations of the instrumentation necessary for operations. In the also commissioned in 2017 bright and modern OP rooms, we perform around 5‘000 operations per year. Our focus areas are primarily in the surgical specialties, general and visceral surgery, orthopedics/traumatology, ORL and urology, as well as gynecology. Team Leader AEMP 80% - 100% Your tasks You lead a team of six employees in both technical and personnel and organizational matters Active participation in day-to-day business Ensuring professional preparation of medical products as well as procurement of instruments and operating materials Monitoring and coordination of the necessary documentation as well as EDV data management (Instacount) Conducting employee interviews, target agreements and location assessments as well as recruitment You promote the technical and personal development of your team and maintain an appreciative and constructive feedback and team culture Budget responsibility in close cooperation with the management of OP and intervention rooms Further development and adherence to quality management and making an active contribution to the optimization of process flows Your profile You have completed further training as a technical sterilization assistant STE II or have training as a medical product technologist and ideally also have additional leadership training Several years of professional experience in the Central Sterile Supply Department (ZSVA) or in a preparation unit for medical products In-depth technical knowledge and practical experience with Initial leadership experience and knowledge of quality management are an advantage In stressful situations, you remain flexible and act in a solution-oriented manner You maintain a transparent flow of information and constructive communication and are open to changes Secure handling of IT systems such as KIS, Instacount and the MS Office package Your opportunity As of October 1, 2026 or by agreement, you can expect a challenging and exciting job combined with personnel leadership tasks.
