• Program, set up and autonomously optimize CNC machining centers (3 to 5 axes)
• Ensure the machining of single parts or in small/medium series
• Guarantee the quality and conformity of parts according to plans and tolerances
• Be a force for proposals in a continuous improvement process aimed at increasing industrial performance

Profile :

• CFC in polymechanic or equivalent training
• Several years of experience on 3 to 5 axis CNC machining centers
• Mastery of programming and ability to optimize machining strategies
• Proactive and continuous improvement oriented approach
• Rigorous, methodical and autonomous person
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to transmit knowledge

• Type of contract: Permanent full-time
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Activity rate: 100%
• Location: La Chaux de Fonds, canton de Neuchâtel
• Language: French - Good level
