Apprentice Commercial Clerk EFZ (Service and Administration)

What you will learn

Look forward to your 3-year apprenticeship, which you can complete with us. Interesting, challenging, and exciting tasks in administration and the service sector await you. You will provide information to our members, employees, and employers by telephone and at the counter, handle correspondence, work with various operating systems, record and process data. Variety is guaranteed: You will gain insight into the trade union as well as at the office of the regional parity commissions Bern.

What you bring with you

• Completed Sekundarschule or Realschule (10th school year is an advantage)
• Good grades in German and mathematics
• Joy in languages, numbers, working with the PC, planning tasks, and working independently
• Cheerful, sociable, team-oriented, and reliable personality
• Curious, eager to learn, and open towards fellow human beings
• Good knowledge of a migration language is a plus

Your training manager and the practical trainers of the various departments will support you on your way to a successful apprenticeship completion. As a trade union, we offer you progressive employment conditions with many benefits. You can undergo internal and external further training. 7 weeks of vacation and a 40-hour week are certain for you.
