What you can achieve • You strengthen information security in your area of responsibility and develop it continuously. • Together with the specialist departments, you identify and analyze security risks and develop pragmatic solutions for risk reduction. • You prepare security requirements, risks, and decision-making bases in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner. • As a competent contact person, you advise stakeholders on information security issues and support the implementation of security requirements. • You bring different interests together and develop sustainable solutions. • In initiatives and projects, you work closely with various stakeholders and contribute security topics at an early stage. • With targeted awareness and empowerment activities, you strengthen security awareness and anchor information security sustainably in the organization. What you bring with you • You have a university degree in computer science, information security, or a comparable education. • You have already been able to gain professional experience in Cyber Security, Risk Management, or Governance. • You are well acquainted with information security standards, methods, and governance processes. • Thanks to your strong communication and advisory skills, you convey complex issues in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner. • Even in the face of different interests and resistance, you convince with pragmatic solutions and a confident manner. • You enjoy working with various stakeholders and move confidently in a dynamic matrix environment. • You communicate stylishly in German and also have knowledge of a second national language as well as English. Location-independent work is possible; 1-2 days of presence per week in Bern is required.
